We are looking to hire a Treasury Junior Accountant (Female) with 1–5 years of experience to join our Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Collections & Cash Handling
Collects cash and cheques from Sales Representatives, Account Managers, Key Accounts, and Direct/Indirect channels.
Ensures timely and accurate recording of all collections.
Prepares and submits daily reports of cash and cheque transactions.
Returned Cheques Management
Tracks returned cheques and follows up with responsible parties to recover values.
Maintains proper documentation of returned cheques and settlement status.
Banking & Deposits
Prepares deposit vouchers for daily bank transactions.
Assists in preparing daily transfers and bank correspondences as instructed.
Ensures deposits are properly reconciled with bank statements.
Reconciliations & Reporting
Compares journal vouchers of daily cash collections with actual amounts collected.
Assists in preparing monthly reconciliations of all bank and weekly cash accounts.
Tracks discounts given to open market customers and prepares related reports.
Support & Compliance
Works closely with the Senior Treasury Accountant to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintains proper records and filing for treasury-related transactions.
Performs any other duties related to treasury and cash management as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
Female candidate
1–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good knowledge of MS Office and accounting systems
