A new premium international dining destination is set to launch in Amman. Designed to redefine the city’s culinary scene, this flagship venue will combine global cuisine with an elevated, modern touch, offering guests a lifestyle-driven experience.

We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and shape the culinary identity of this highly anticipated restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a world-class international menu with distinctive signature dishes.

Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing culinary team.

Manage all kitchen operations: menu engineering, inventory, suppliers, and budgeting.

Ensure consistency, excellence, and adherence to HACCP and hygiene standards.

Drive culinary innovation while maintaining cost efficiency.

Collaborate with management on seasonal specials, events, and brand activations.

Qualifications

8+ years of culinary leadership in fine dining, 5-star hotels, or premium international restaurants.

Expertise in international cuisine with a creative, modern approach.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven track record in menu development and cost control.

Passion for excellence, innovation, and creating memorable dining experiences.
