Job Title:
HR Officer – Industrial Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing SOPs, policies, procedures, and organizational structure
• Support talent acquisition: sourcing, filtering, and screening candidates
• Manage onboarding: orientation, scheduling, and attendance tracking
• Coordinate manpower planning and headcount updates versus budget
• Collaborate on enhancing company culture and employee engagement
• Organize internal and external training sessions per company procedures
